Christine and I met to discuss what processes can be put into place to decrease costs\/save money.  Christine\u2019s identified a few \u201coverstocking issues\u201d and is about ready to lay the hammer down, thus saving us significant dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s what Christine came up with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$720\/year savings by cancelling Time Warner Cable subscription (done)<\/li>\n<li>$280\/year savings by working with KoldRock regarding our water service (by 8\/30)<\/li>\n<li>$300\/year savings by working with Mill Creek Coffee regarding over stocking supplies and more! (by 8\/15)<\/li>\n<li>$1200\/year savings by reducing changing of the Harrington Laundry rugs to once\/month from twice\/month.  Thank you to Lisa and her detailed cleaning! (by 7\/30)<\/li>\n<li>$5000\/year by analyzing and reducing un-needed phone lines and extra services from Verizon (by 10\/31)<\/li>\n<li>$1000\/year by reconfiguring the Verizon Wireless plan (by 8\/30)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TOTAL SAVINGS:  $7500\/year!!!
